EAU rules with respect to organising social events
during the 25Th Anniversary EAU Congress in Barcelona
Companies should follow the schedule below when organising their social events:
Friday | - | 16 April 2010 | Before 11.00 hrs. After the Congress Opening |
Saturday | - | 17 April 2010 | After the sponsored sessions at 19.15 hrs. |
Sunday | - | 18 April 2010 | After the sponsored sessions at 19.00 hrs. |
Monday | - | 19 April 2010 | No events allowed on the night of the EAU Evening |
Tuesday | - | 20 April 2010 | After closure of the EAU |
